Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Study Stream marketing website, companion web application, mobile applications, or any associated educational services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you should immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Educational Purpose & Past Exam Materials

Study Stream is an independent educational platform created to help Ethiopian secondary and tertiary students prepare for national matriculation examinations (ESSLCE), university freshman courses, and Ministry of Education (MoE) Exit Exams.

Public past examination questions, sample prompts, formulas, and syllabus outlines are provided for commentary, self-testing, and non-commercial educational study under academic fair use standards. Official certificates, scores, and university admissions remain under the sole jurisdiction of the Educational Assessment and Examinations Agency (NEAEA) and the Ministry of Education.

3. User Accounts & Security

When creating an account on the companion app (app.enatena.com), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your credentials.

4. Realtime Battles & Community Guidelines

Study Stream features interactive 1v1 arenas, survival modes, study groups, and national leaderboards. Users must maintain academic integrity and sportsmanship. Harassment, hate speech, offensive usernames, unauthorized automated bots, and unfair exploitation of the scoring algorithm will result in immediate suspension or permanent expulsion from the national leaderboard.

5. VIP Subscriptions & Local Payments

Certain full-length mock exams, offline slide deck downloads, and advanced analytics require a Study Stream VIP subscription. Payments processed through Telebirr, CBE Birr, or approved digital wallets are subject to the pricing displayed at checkout. All subscription fees are denominated in Ethiopian Birr (ETB).

6. Contact & Dispute Resolution
